Liability
Your Baby Scan Ltd t/a Cheshire Bloods Clinic offer blood draws using only fully qualified and experienced phlebotomists for which full insurance is in place. All samples are posted by you (the patient). We will not be held liable should any samples be lost in transit between our clinic, and the laboratory. By booking a blood draw through Cheshire Bloods Clinic, you accept that the analysis of your sample is being carried out by one of our partner laboratories, who are identified on the service page. Cheshire Bloods Clinic does not carry out the laboratory analysis, and therefore will not be held liability for any issues with accuracy of the results. All lab partners are UK based, and use only ACAS Accedited laboratories.
Payment
We require payment in full for all appointments at the time of booking. For refunds, please see the cancellations section of this policy.
Cancellations
We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. Any appointment must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the appointment time to be eligible for a full refund. Any appointments cancelled after this period will not be eligible for any refund. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes appointments where no notification is given, and the appointment is not attended (otherwise known as a no-show).
When cancelling an appointment, you should ensure that your cancellation is acknowledged. If it is not acknowledged, contact us using an alternative method.
